Contract 2008  Wedding Edition

This agreement is for photography services rendered. This agreement by both parties includes:
1) That all images are copyright protected and unless otherwise specified may be used in future
promotional advertisements by M &JC Photgraphy.

2) By signing below both parties agree upon the specified date/time/location

If for some reason photographer is unable to complete this agreement, deposit fees associated
with this project shall be returned. This shall be the only legal recourse available.

3) It is agreed that M&JC Photgraphy shall be the offical photographer of the event, and any other use of camera be kept at a minimum to prevent conflict with M&JC Photography Services.

4) All deposits are non-refundable even if the date is changed or if the wedding becomes
cancelled for any reason.

5) The service fee of ___________ includes pre wedding, photos, service, and Reception/dance. A
deposit ___________ of is required at the time of contract signing. The remainder ___________
shall be paid no later than the wedding date. Partial payment of ___________ is due at time of
picture order. The remainder ___________ due upon order completion, no longer than 21 days
after wedding.

I / we, the undersigned Contracting Party, hereby warrant that I am / we are competent to contract in my / our own name(s). I / we confirm that I / we have read the herein agreement prior to its execution and I / we are fully familiar with the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon us and our heirs, legal representatives and assigns. And, we certify that we have received a complete copy of this agreement.
